I love Vita Diet and tell all my friends and family about it. I had to loose weight so started in November 2024 and by the end of Feb 2025 I was down 12 kilos. I know have a shake (ice coffee) every morning and love it. Every time I place an order I get it super quick and its affordable too. Give it a guy, the ice coffee is made with real coffee and with water an dice its lovely. I don't like shakes with milk so this works for me.
Hands down the BEST tasting shakes! I am very sensitive to sweeteners (artificial and natural) and was pleased to find Vitadiet has none! Finally shakes I like. I also purchased the fantastic little portable blender and now my shakes are next level! It arrived fully charged so I was able to use it right away. I am not hungry on these shakes. I eat my main meal at lunch and enjoy the shakes morning and night. I also enjoy the peace of mind knowing I’m not sacrificing nutrients while I’m losing weight. Thank you Vitadiet.
On my last order I decided to do two shakes a day and have achieved my lowest weight for years. I’m still on my weight loss journey and really enjoy the French Vanilla flavour.

I'm 57 and going through menopause - between using this product and a Harmony product, I'm feeling great - no bloating, losing weight, sleeping better and have my energy back. If you're not losing weight on this product try to increase your exercise and eat one clean meal a day. A great tasting product.
